“Sea Tech Rwanda (STR) carried out an urgent and difficult repair job at the main water treatment plant Kigali, Rwanda, run by “Cullingham” from the US.
Since the plant is a major source of supply of drinking water in the capital, STR had only a few hours to fix the breakdown.
