Sea Tech was established in 2009 by Chen Strugo, a second-generation expert in the marine and underwater construction area and accumulated vast experience in the field. From the beginning, he had a clear vision for the company – to offer top-quality marine and underwater construction and commercial diving solutions. Since then, Sea Tech has gradually grown and has expanded its activities abroad. The company currently employs over 70 employees.
Today, we specialize in construction and maintenance services for desalination plants, ship repair, ROV services, water and sewage reservoir cleaning and sediment removal , Oil and Gas facilities, and more. We’re proud to be at the top of our field, holding international accreditation for the Oil & Gas sector from the American Diving Contractors International (ADCI), ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 by LRQA as well as Lloyd’s register and DNV-GL for I.W.S. inspection.

Mishkaim specializes in the cleaning, maintenance, and treatment of water reservoirs as well as sediment treatment solutions. With our state-of-the-art robots, dredgers and expert staff, we can provide tailor-made solutions for any facility.
SeaTech Rwanda Ltd (STR) was registered and established in 2019. Being a daughter company of Sea Tech Marine Construction, STR is working as per the Oil & Gas standards of Sea Tech Marine Construction. With a management team that includes multinational experts in the Oil & Gas sector, classified IMCA divers, state-of-the-art imported equipment, and strict adherence to regulations and international standards, STR is uniquely equipped to undertake complex projects in the region relying completely on its own resources.
(Dredging and Reclamation Solutions) Company, established by Gal Yam and the Sea Tech Group, was created to provide marine dredging services in ports, marinas, lakes, rivers, reservoirs, and more. The company also offers sludge removal services from reservoirs, and rivers, lakes, etc. by suctioning sediments and separating them from the water, using the most advanced technologies in the field, as well as vegetation cutting and clearing from water bodies, piling, and more.
Our technicians are professional divers, certified and rigorously trained, with expertise in all aspects of technical fitting, repair, and maintenance. They are trained to implement underwater welding and cutting services for dry or wet welds, machinery repairs, HDPE pipe installation and repair, and various maintenance services from niche repairs to huge projects.
Our inventory includes advanced equipment for surface supply diving, a Dive Decompression Chamber (DDC), barges, vessels – we own the fastest dive vessel in Israel, underwater cutting and welding and the most advanced hull cleaning equipment available on the market. Also, we own a broad range of machinery, dredgers, underwater cleaning and inspection ROVs, communication and video systems, hydraulics, and cutting-edge tools for repair and maintenance.

Meet the people who make it happen
With over 25 years of experience as a professional diver specializing in marine construction and underwater ship repair, Chen started his first company in 2004. In 2009, he founded SeaTech, which has grown into a renowned company in Israel and abroad under Chen's management.
Shirley joined SeaTech in 2022, bringing over 10 years of experience in planning and managing water resources and infrastructure development projects. She holds a B.Sc. in environmental engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.
An industrial engineer and manager for over 25 years with vast experience in the construction sector and expertise in the petroleum sector in East and Central Africa, Robert has broad experience with international contracts and has worked with clients from all over the globe. Robert has also a proven record leading company rehabilitation programs, as well as acquiring ISO standard certification for the companies he manages. In 2021, he was appointed as CEO of SeaTech Marine Construction Ltd.
With more than 16 years of experience in the marine oil and gas sector, Johannes is an expert in installations, inspection, and maintenance for international companies like Smith, Shell, Exxon, and more. He is certified as a Subsea 7 diver, a senior dive technician, dive medic, and 3.2 u Inspection Diver, providing clients absolute peace of mind that they have the best person for the job.
An experienced professional in logistics management and administration, Galit has been involved in inventory, supply chain, and import management for leading global companies. She holds an MBA and a BA in International Relations, and has extensive experience in project management.
Sharon is an experienced senior accountant with many years in a large accounting firms and SMEs alike. Coordinating supplier and customer portfolios, handling employee salaries, preparing periodic financial reports, monitoring budgets, etc., Sharon plays an essential role in the decision-making process of the management.
