Dredging services are required for various purposes in marine works: starting from ports and quays construction, pipelines installation, to marinas maintenance, rivers and lakes sediment removal, and reservoirs cleaning.
We’ve been working on dredging projects for over 10 years
Professional and experienced team.
Multiple projects, long term experience, skilled technicians.
Health and safety are of the utmost importance, and we make sure that the risk for each project is as low as possible.
We work with your calendar to make sure that your project is completed on time and to scope.
We are challenged with new and complex projects. We think outside of the box on the costumer's benefit.
Dredging work removes unnecessary materials from a water environment to aid navigation, improve the features of an underwater environment, or prepare for a project. When it comes to the oil and gas industry, underwater dredging often is needed as a precursor to underwater cable laying. The process of dredging is usually a four stage process: removing material from the water, bring it to land, transport it elsewhere and dispose of it appropriately. We own and operate various types of dredging equipment:
These operate similarly to a large vacuum cleaner, literally sucking the material away from the sea / river bed or reservoir bottom. Within this category, there are cutter-suction dredgers, augers, and both jet-lifts and air-lifts, which work by pumping a stream of water or air at high pressure to remove the material.
There are a wide variety of mechanical dredgers, including those that use blades, buckets, etc. For specific needs, we have an amphibious dredger, swhich can operate both at sea and on land.
An excavator equipped with IWOS system, capable of performing various tasks.
Excavation depth of up to 6 meters.
Pumping capacity of up to 600 cubic meters per hour.
Self-propelled
Amphibious vehicle, able to enter and exit the water independently.
Various application:
Sites with challenging access – Thanks to its amphibious capabilities, the Watermaster can "walk" into the water even in sites with difficult access. The machine is almost fully assembled for transport, which shortens assembly and disassembly times. o
Operation at varying depths – Unlike traditional excavators, our machine can work flexibly at depths ranging from 0 to 6 meters. In shallow areas, it uses its rear stabilizers and digging bucket to move, while in deeper areas it is self-propelled.
Narrow rivers and channels – Our excavator is particularly suited for work in narrow rivers and water channels, thanks to its compact design and ability to self-stabilize without anchors or mooring cables.
Water bodies containing waste, vegetation, rocks, etc. – With its versatile capabilities and interchangeable heads, our dredger can switch between work modes: removing debris and vegetation with a specialized rake, extracting rocks and stones with a bucket, and, of course, performing dredging and suctioning of the bed.
Work in tight spaces such as marinas. – With its self-propulsion, four stabilizers, and highly flexible digging bucket, the excavator can work with high precision and maneuver in tight spaces without blocking passages.
